Raise your voices, scream out the victory
And run them down, crush their bones into the earth
Taste their own blood, splattered on our faces
Make them regret their
Challenge of our, undeniable power
Punish them for, daring to rise up against
Cut down their ranks, all that remain here
Their kind will pay, with everything that they hold dear
Stand atop their sacred mountain
Piss upon the holy place
Sacrilege of their revered gods
Tearing down the temple to the ground
Desecrate, Obliterate
Climbing to highest precipice
Clutching wretch’s broken form
Cast it down in utter contempt
Let the men see their new god
They shall bow, before me now
As the adrenaline leaves my veins, doubt creeps into my soul
Who are we if not warriors, what path doth now remain?
Does the warring, nation now prosper?
Shall we become, something new and something more?
Learning the ways, of peace once foreign
Evolving in, to
A higher form, not weaker but wiser
Never to forget, the ways of blood and blade and war
Honoring the, days of our fathers
Looking ahead, yet always ready for the kill…

Excellent atmospheric BM that most likely would've made my top 10 if it had come out a bit earlier in the year. Gonna be spinning this for a good while, especially during the cold winter days. Roland

Not into "sludge" per se, but this Warcrab album is so versatile, no kidding, it did appeal to me. It reminded me a bit of a few bands I liked as teenager, namely Carcass and Crowbar, and that is why this one turned out to be a damn good trip down to memory lane for me ! sachavonkarl74
